A carefree day in the famous and romantic Langhe wine-growing landscape (which belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014) to get away from the city, escape from traffic and above all to take your mind off and relax.
The visit to the winery is for everyone, passionate and not, because we explain the various processes of winemaking with simplicity and clarity. Our cellar, the Germano Angelo is located in the Annunziata district of La Morra, among the green of the gentle hills cultivated with Barbera, Dolcetto and above all Nebbiolo for Barolo vines.
The tour of the winery begins with a visit to the vineyard that surrounds the property and begins with highlighting some characteristics of the cultivation of this special plant, the vine, with which the Romans produced wine since ancient times. After a short walk in nature, you enter the cellar, where the it is decidedly darker. Through various rooms of wine production (fermentation room, aging, storage, etc.), we discover all the work behind a precious product of our territory, thus entering the reality of the "winemaker", that is the owner Davide Germano , which aims at constant improvement also through technological innovations, it must be required to obtain ever greater quality and therefore wines always up to expectations.
